The Geneva 2022 Congress will address notions related to the \u201cmelting pot\u201d in the field of ceramics today and will discuss questions of identity and interaction. The 5-day programme will consist of professional and academic lectures given by specialists in various fields related to the theme, debate sessions, the opening night of the international exhibition at the Ariana Museum, inaugurations and visits to exhibitions.<\/p>\n

To develop the central theme of the conferences which will be held over three days, 4 main chapters are defined:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Identities in motion: Mythology, political science-anthropology, psychoanalysis.<\/li>\n
  • Alchemy: Matter and transformation, ceramics, history of science.<\/li>\n
  • Contexts: local perceptions, institutional aspects<\/li>\n
  • Appropriation: Art, history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    One day will be devoted to visiting two national exhibitions of swissceramics members, at the Nyon Castle museum and the Neuch\u00e2tel Museum of art and history, as well as a visit to the art centre \u2018La Ferme des Tilleuls\u2019 in Renens .<\/p>\n<\/td>\n

The 50th Ordinary General Assembly of the members of the Academy will be the place for new exchanges concerning the future of the IAC, its structures, its functioning, including in the new \u201cPost Covid\u201d era that we are collectively going through. It will take place both in person and online.<\/p>\n

Le Congr\u00e8s Gen\u00e8ve 2022 r\u00e9pondra aux notions li\u00e9es au \u00ab melting pot \u00bb dans le domaine de la c\u00e9ramique aujourd\u2019hui et abordera les questions d\u2019identit\u00e9 et d\u2019interaction. Le programme de 5 jours sera compos\u00e9 de conf\u00e9rences professionnelles et acad\u00e9miques donn\u00e9es par des sp\u00e9cialistes dans divers domaines li\u00e9s au th\u00e8me, de s\u00e9ances de d\u00e9bats, de la soir\u00e9e d\u2019ouverture de l\u2019exposition internationale au Mus\u00e9e Ariana, d\u2019inaugurations et de visites d'expositions.<\/p>\r\n

Pour d\u00e9velopper le th\u00e8me central des conf\u00e9rences qui se tiendront sur trois jours, 4 chapitres principaux sont d\u00e9finis :<\/p>\r\n

    Une journ\u00e9e sera consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la visite des deux expositions nationales des membres de swissceramics au Ch\u00e2teau-mus\u00e9e de Nyon et au Mus\u00e9e d\u2019art et d\u2019histoire de Neuch\u00e2tel ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une visite au centre d\u2019art La Ferme des Tilleuls \u00e0 Renens.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n

El Congreso Ginebra 2022 abordar\u00e1 nociones relacionadas con el \u201ccrisol\u201d en el campo de la cer\u00e1mica hoy y discutir\u00e1 cuestiones de identidad e interacci\u00f3n. El programa de 5 d\u00edas consistir\u00e1 en conferencias profesionales y acad\u00e9micas impartidas por especialistas en diversos campos relacionados con el tema, sesiones de debate, la noche de inauguraci\u00f3n de la exposici\u00f3n internacional en el Museo Ariana, inauguraciones y visitas a exposiciones.<\/p>\r\n

The Geneva 2022 Congress will address notions related to the \u201cmelting pot\u201d in the field of ceramics today and will discuss questions of identity and interaction. The 5-day programme will consist of professional and academic lectures given by specialists in various fields related to the theme, debate sessions, the opening night of the international exhibition at the Ariana Museum, inaugurations and visits to exhibitions.<\/p>\r\n

To develop the central theme of the conferences which will be held over three days, 4 main chapters are defined:<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  • Identities in motion: Mythology, political science-anthropology, psychoanalysis.<\/li>\r\n
  • Alchemy: Matter and transformation, ceramics, history of science.<\/li>\r\n
  • Contexts: local perceptions, institutional aspects<\/li>\r\n
  • Appropriation: Art, history.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

    One day will be devoted to visiting two national exhibitions of swissceramics members, at the Nyon Castle museum and the Neuch\u00e2tel Museum of art and history, as well as a visit to the art centre \u2018La Ferme des Tilleuls\u2019 in Renens .<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n

50th General Assembly of IAC Members<\/h3>\r\n

The 50th Ordinary General Assembly of the members of the Academy will be the place for new exchanges concerning the future of the IAC, its structures, its functioning, including in the new \u201cPost Covid\u201d era that we are collectively going through. It will take place both in person and online.<\/p>\r\n
