Valid for students enrolled for the academic year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 in official institutions related to the field or theme of the Congress, or in public schools with an official recognition title. Students must present proof of enrolment in a specialised school.<\/p>\n

The student fee includes the lectures of the first 3 days of the Congress at the CICG, meals not included.<\/p>\n

Persons wishing to accompany a Congress participant and participate in the fringe activities of the Congress can benefit from a reduced rate.<\/p>\n

The accompanying person fee includes: the evening events (at the Ariana Museum, UNESCO, the Castle of Nyon), the bus trip, and access to the various partner exhibitions of the Congress.<\/p>\n

Registration fee for Swiss schools
<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Flat rate per school which gives access to all students of the three Swiss ceramic schools. This includes the conferences of the first 3 days of the Congress at the CICG, meals not included.<\/p>\r\n

Registration fee for members of the Press
<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Members of the press are entitled to a reduced registration fee subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\r\n

1. The media person must be able to provide documentation of which press outlet she\/he represents.
2. The IAC would appreciate if you announce the Congress in advance in the press\/media channel(s) you represent.
3. The IAC would appreciate receiving copies of the published material for its archive.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Registration fee for students
<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Valid for students enrolled for the academic year 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 in official institutions related to the field or theme of the Congress, or in public schools with an official recognition title. Students must present proof of enrolment in a specialised school.<\/p>\r\n

The student fee includes the lectures of the first 3 days of the Congress at the CICG, meals not included.<\/p>\r\n

Registration fee for accompanying persons<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Persons wishing to accompany a Congress participant and participate in the fringe activities of the Congress can benefit from a reduced rate.<\/p>\r\n

The accompanying person fee includes: the evening events (at the Ariana Museum, UNESCO, the Castle of Nyon), the bus trip, and access to the various partner exhibitions of the Congress.<\/p>\r\n

Conferences are not<\/span> included.<\/p>\r\n<\/td>\r\n<\/tr>\r\n

Cancellation policy

For cancellations received before midnight CET on Wednesday 10 August 2022, deposits will be refunded less a 25% administration fee. After this date, no refunds will be possible.<\/p>\r\n

Hotel reservations<\/span><\/p>\r\n

Here is a list of suggested hotels that you can book via the Expedia platform at the end of your Congress registration.<\/p>\r\n

The criteria are as follows:

1) Less than 1.5 km walking distance from the Congress venue (CICG).
2) All hotels are located on public transport routes (either bus or tram), which allow access to the Congress venue (CICG). The ticket for public transport is given free of charge to people staying in a hotel.
3) Reasonable prices
